From Vintage Merchant to Full Time Artist

My move to painting full time began in 2018. Before that I worked my own business selling Vintage and Antique pieces to collectors, interior designers and the TV and film industry. It was fascinating but in the end wasn't my real passion.
Now I work at the easel full time I don't need to look far for inspiration. My home is filled with favourite pieces that I have collected over the last 25 years.
So in this next series in which this painting is the first I have decided to really show case some gorgeous old items in paint.
Mixing with botanicals in my still life genre I am going to really enjoy this next series, I hope you do too!
